The assigned dining table was terrible, right next to the kitchen entry. Despite complaining, the assistant director completely ignored our request for a better table. The restaurant was poorly ventilated, and the overall experience was marred by dirty dishes left on our table during meals.

The breakfast buffet was good, but you couldn't drink the coffee, how thin it was .. staff was nice and helpful. The room was bright and clean. The location of this hotel is great!

Gorgeous hotel with a covered pool and free wi-fi. Genuinely friendly and flexible staff, large twin room. Marvellous breakfast with a huge variety of food options. Easy check in and late check out.

The pools were a nice size for lounging, and we loved grabbing snacks at the poolside bar, which had plenty of options. One thing to note is that the dress code for dinner felt a bit outdated, but overall, we had a fantastic time! 👍

The warm, covered pool was perfect for our teens, and we loved the direct beach access! Enjoying the warm sunshine while the kids played was a highlight. Plus, Ca'n Picafort is just a short bus ride away for some fun exploration.
My kids wished for a better selection of breakfast options.

The staffs are very kind, offering an extention of stay till 5pm after check out. The location is excellent, very close to the bus stop and the beach is just next to the hotel. Buffet dinner and breakfast are very good as well. I like this hotel very much
Well, to travel as a young couple, we booked an double bed room. But they only offering us twin bed without explainations.
